At CraftyAlien, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Different types of products have different rules, so please review the policies below.
Digital Products
- All digital downloads (patterns, files, or other digital goods) are final sale and non-refundable once downloaded.
- If you have trouble accessing your download, contact us at support@craftyalien.com for assistance.
Memberships & Subscriptions
- Membership fees are non-refundable once charged.
- You may cancel anytime through your customer account to stop future renewals.
Print-on-Demand (POD) Products
- POD items (such as apparel, mugs, and accessories) are made to order through our printing partners.
- Returns and refunds are only accepted if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
- We cannot accept returns or exchanges due to sizing, fit, or buyer’s remorse. Please check product details carefully before ordering.
Physical Products (Non-POD)
- Physical products we stock and ship directly (including craft kits, tools, accessories, or other merchandise) may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused, unopened, and in original condition.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
- To start a return, please email support@craftyalien.com with your order number and details.
General Shipping Issues
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.
- If your package is lost in transit, please contact us — we may assist with a replacement depending on the product type.
