Welcome to CraftyAlien! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (craftyalien.com) and services provided through our Payhip storefront. By purchasing from or accessing our website, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

• CraftyAlien offers digital patterns, craft kits, memberships, and physical merchandise, including print-on-demand items (such as apparel and accessories).
• By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent/guardian.

2. Digital Products

• All digital downloads (e.g., crochet, knit, and felt patterns) are delivered via email and accessible through your customer dashboard after purchase.
• Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded.
• You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use the patterns for your own crafting. Reselling, redistributing, or sharing the files is prohibited.

3. Memberships

• Memberships may include exclusive patterns, early access, discounts, or other benefits as described on our site.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. You may cancel anytime through your account before the next billing date.
• Membership fees are non-refundable once charged.

4. Print-on-Demand (POD) Products

• POD items (e.g., apparel, mugs, accessories) are fulfilled through third-party providers such as Printify.
• Because these items are custom-made to order:
• All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• Please check sizing charts carefully before ordering, as we cannot accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues.
• Processing and shipping times vary depending on the product and destination. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.
• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can arrange a replacement.

5. Shipping & Fulfillment

• Physical items may ship separately if your order includes both POD products and non-POD products.
• Shipping costs and availability are calculated at checkout.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

• Digital products: Non-refundable.
• Memberships: Non-refundable once charged.
• POD items: Refunds or replacements only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
• Other physical products (e.g., craft kits, tools): Returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery in unused condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

7. Customization

• Some products may offer personalization or customization options. Please double-check spelling, sizes, and details before checkout, as customized products cannot be changed once in production.

8. Intellectual Property

• All CraftyAlien designs, patterns, artwork, and branding are the property of CraftyAlien and may not be copied, redistributed, or resold without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

• CraftyAlien is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
• Patterns and craft kits should be used responsibly. Small parts and materials may not be suitable for children.

10. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Florida.
